On August 4, a working meeting was held between the Chairman of the Board-Director General of the Aviation Company "Ukrainian Helicopters", V. Tkachenko, and pilots-in-command.
The meeting was attended by the PICs: Bortnik Yu., Bortnyak A., Volkov A., Yena S., Kostik E., Madaminov H., Nedogibchenko S., Nichiporuk E., Plastun A., Sakun N., Tkachik V., Khilko O. and Chugaynov L.
A performance analysis was made of the action list adopted by the working meeting held 07.06.2011. Also the following issues were discussed:

A performance analysis was made of the action list adopted by the working meeting held 07.06.2011. Also the following issues were discussed:
- Increased duration of spoken-English courses under training programs of the Aviation Training Center. Shorter time-frame and stricter monitoring have been established for performance of this action item;
- Classes are scheduled to study the new revision of the Aviation Company’s FOM, involving the Department of Operations Management ;
- Work has begun on compilation of personal files on all flight crew members (based on the practical work and theoretical training check results). Descriptions of the proficiency training level and morale, are under development, as well as recommendations on and tasks for self-improvement;
- Individual plans are developed for work, rest, rehabilitation and proficiency training for all the aviation company’s flight personnel for 2012;
- A proposal to be prepared by 01.09.2011 for purchase of laptop computers for PICs, which would have access to regulatory and executive document data base, and approved blank forms, and weather sites etc. A list of data to be developed for uploading into PCs;
- Work to be undertaken to assess proposals made by flight personnel regarding changes and amendments to the current revision of the Aviation Company FOM.
Aviation Company Departments and Units Management are instructed to take action on implementation of decisions made, and to report on performance thereof, at the next working meeting with Pilots in Cmmand.
